POSTAGE AND PACKING
We send all our orders by UPS ground, unless upgraded. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of your order.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund unless the stencils are damaged upon receipt. If you have any questions concerning your order feel free to call (510) 331-3762 or e-mail flyonthewalldesign@comcast.net.

In order for us to contact you easily if any additional information is needed or problems arise with your order please ensure that you've included your email address on the order form.
